Below are answers to some of the more frequently asked questions we receive about Illustra Pro trainings and overall general interest topics.

What does "OSHA authorized outreach trainer" mean?
When will I receive my certification card?
Training certification varies for each course. Upon successfully completing an Illustra Pro safety training course, you will receive a certificate of completion card in one of three ways, depending on the specific training course: 1) at the end of the training, or 2) instructed how to download your certification card if taking the course online, or 3) it will be mailed out within four to six weeks of completing the class. For OSHA-authorized trainings, you will receive a temporary certificate of completion, which you can use until your actual OSHA card arrives in the mail. Typically you will receive your permanent card from OSHA within 8 weeks from your class completion date.

How long is my Certification good for?
Training certification varies for each course. Visit the individual trainings page for the course you are interested in to verify certification duration.
I lost my certification card - what do I do?
If you have lost or misplaced a temporary OSHA card or other certification issued by Illustra Pro, please contact us at support@illustrapro.com or complete the “Replacement Cards” form.
If you sucessfully completed an OSHA qualified training and have not received your final OSHA card within 10 weeks of completing your class, contact your employer, or contact us at support@illustrapro.com. If we haven’t heard from you regarding a missing or lost card within 12 weeks from the date of your class completion, you will be charged a fee for us to process and issue you a replacement card.
*NOTE: OSHA cards are only mailed to US addresses.
What if I register for a course but can't make it on that day?
We can accommodate your schedule within the OSHA regulations. If you are unable to attend a course on the date/time you have registered for, please contact us at support@illustrapro.com.
