You must be a member of specific military branches and communities to be eligible for this discount. We follow the same ID.Me guidelines for determining military eligibility, and you will be required to provide proof of ID.Me Military Verification or documentation of your military eligibility prior to every class registration.

Our courses are energetic and interactive, and we’ve found that the more students participate, the more engaged they become. This discount is for enrollment of 10 or more students, all attending the same course on the same day.

Whether you’re new to Illustra Pro trainings or it’s just the first time you’ve enrolled more than 10 students at a time, we’d love to welcome you with an additional 5% off your first bulk enrollment! (That means you’ll get 10% off for the bulk enrollment, plus 5% off the first time, for a total of 15% off your first bulk enrollment.) This discount is for enrollment of 10 or more students, all attending the same course on the same day.

FAQs:

What if I register 10 students, but not all of them end up attending?

We understand students sometimes have scheduling conflicts. We strongly urge you to register at least 11 or 12 at a time if you feel there might be a possibility of one of them not being able to attend. If you only have 10 registered and only one or two can’t make it, as long as they reschedule and take the same course within two weeks, we’ll still honor your bulk discount. However, if the student(s) do not attend the same course on another day within that timeframe, you will be billed full price (or billed for the difference if you’ve paid in full in advance). If you learn you’ll have a student unable to attend a course on the date/time you have registered them for as part of a bulk enrollment, please contact us as soon as possible for rescheduling.

I've been a client of Illustra Pro's for years, why wasn't I offered the Bulk Enrollment discount previously?

First, thank you for your continued business! We’ve just now implemented these new discounts, and apologize that you may feel a bit left out. If you’ve sent us bulk enrollments in the past, then we want to offer you a special Client Appreciation discount. Please contact us so we can tell you about it and apply it to your next bulk enrollment.

How many classes can I take using my military discount?

As many as you’d like! The only pre-requisite is that you must be military eligible on the date of each and every class in order to take advantage of the military discount. (So, if you know you might be in-eligible in the near future, best to take as many classes as possible before that date…)

Will I lose my military discount if I register for a course but can't make it on that day?

We can accommodate your schedule within the OSHA regulations. As long as you are still military eligible at the time you take the course, you will still be able to use the military discount. However, if you register for a course using a military discount, but take the course later and are no longer military eligible at that time, you will be billed full price (or billed for the difference if you paid in advance.) If you are unable to attend a course on the date/time you have registered for, please contact us at support@illustrapro.com.

How It Works

Because our discount offers are subject to certain parameters, you’ll need to contact us to request the discount.

Subject to review of applicable documentation and/or registration minimums, we will either: a) provide you with a discount code you can use when registering for a course through our website, or b) include the applicable discount when we take your registration order over the phone.
